Your information
Privacy Policy
Last updated 5 August 2026
This notice explains how personal information is handled; it does not itself ask for blanket consent. Where consent is required, Sea Sweet Home requests it separately and explains the relevant purpose.
1. Controller and contact
SEA SWEET HOME REAL ESTATE - L.L.C - O.P.C is the controller for personal information where it determines why and how that information is processed. The Company's office address is Rotana Mall Tower, Floor 14, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. ADREC profession licence: 202400744192. Trade licence: CN-5169222.
Privacy questions and rights requests may be sent to info@seasweethome.com or raised by telephone at +971 50 772 3396.
2. Current website, enquiry, property-submission, and recruitment flows
The website enquiry form asks for First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone, Property Category, Property Type, and Additional Requirements. Last Name and Email are mandatory; the other listed fields are optional.
When you submit the form, the information is sent directly to Zoho CRM and a lead is created for Sea Sweet Home to review and follow up. The website application does not keep a separate database copy of the form entry, but Zoho CRM receives and stores the submitted lead.
WhatsApp is a separate, optional contact route. Opening the WhatsApp link does not submit the Zoho form; WhatsApp applies its own terms and privacy policy, and you choose whether to send a message.
The separate Careers form asks for application details and accepts one PDF CV of up to 5 MB. Application details are stored in the website database and the CV is stored in private object storage; neither is sent through the property-enquiry form or created as a Zoho CRM lead.
The List Your Property route requires secure sign-in. It stores the account identifier and contact details, the property information and declarations submitted, workflow status, and selected property images. Images are stored in private object storage and a submission remains private until a separate staff publication decision is made.
The website does not provide a KYC-document upload facility or accept online reservations or payments. Do not upload a passport, Emirates ID, title deed, bank statement, payment credential, medical record, or other unnecessary sensitive document through these forms.
3. Personal information we may receive
Depending on how you interact with us, we may receive:
- enquiry details, including your first and last name, email, phone, property category, property type, and additional requirements;
- recruitment information, including your name, email, phone, role interest, professional profile, experience summary, cover note, and the information contained in the PDF CV you choose to upload;
- owner-submission information, including the authenticated account identifier, name, email, phone, property location, category, type, transaction intent, price expectation, property facts, description, declarations, workflow history, and property images you choose to upload;
- communications and records created when you contact us by WhatsApp, telephone, email, or another approved channel;
- transaction information needed for viewings, offers, negotiations, brokerage, tenancy, purchase, sale, or another requested property service; and
- identity, authority, corporate, beneficial-ownership, source-of-funds or wealth, financial, and supporting transaction information when a separate AML/KYC process is lawfully required.
If you provide information about another person, you must be authorised to do so and should direct that person to this Policy where appropriate.
4. Limited technical information
Ordinary website delivery may involve limited technical information, such as an IP address, network and browser or device information, request time, requested page, access-control information, and security logs. Hosting, access-control, and security providers may process this information to deliver, maintain, and protect the website.
If you affirmatively accept optional cookies, Zoho SalesIQ and Zoho web-form analytics may receive technical and interaction information, such as IP address, browser or device information, page or referrer details, timestamps, visitor identifiers, and chat or form interactions. SalesIQ may associate its visitor identifier with the name and email entered when a form is submitted. These optional scripts do not load before that choice.
Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel, Google Ads conversion tracking, saved-search tracking, behavioural advertising, and advertising retargeting are not currently enabled on this website.
5. Purposes and lawful grounds
We may process personal information to:
- create, manage, and respond to a property lead in Zoho CRM;
- receive, review, secure, and administer recruitment applications and communicate with candidates about relevant opportunities;
- receive, secure, review, and respond to property-owner submissions, request corrections, and decide whether a separate verified listing record should be prepared for publication;
- identify and discuss potentially suitable property options;
- coordinate viewings, offers, and transaction-related steps;
- provide optional SalesIQ chat and measure form performance after affirmative optional-cookie consent;
- maintain appropriate client, communication, and business records;
- protect the website and investigate misuse or security incidents;
- conduct identity, authority, sanctions, politically exposed person, beneficial-ownership, source-of-funds or wealth, and other AML/KYC checks where applicable;
- meet legal, regulatory, reporting, and record-keeping obligations;
- establish, exercise, or defend legal claims; and
- send marketing only where it is lawful and separately permitted.
Depending on the purpose and applicable law, processing may rely on your specific consent; steps you request before entering a contract or performance of a contract; a legal or regulatory obligation; legal or judicial procedures; or another case expressly permitted by applicable law. Withdrawal of consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal or processing required on another lawful ground.
These principles reflect Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on Personal Data Protection where that law applies.
6. Service contact and optional marketing
If you ask us to contact you, we may respond about that request using the details and channel you provide. This service contact is separate from marketing.
Submitting a property enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. Any marketing permission must be requested separately, be affirmative, and may be withdrawn. You may opt out through the stop or unsubscribe method in a message or by contacting us. We may keep a limited suppression record to honour an opt-out. Phone, SMS, and WhatsApp marketing remain subject to applicable rules, including Cabinet Resolution No. 56 of 2024 and UAE Do Not Call Registry requirements.
7. Recipients and sharing
Sea Sweet Home does not treat personal information as a product for sale. Access or disclosure may be limited to the following categories where relevant and permitted:
- authorised Sea Sweet Home personnel who need the information, including authorised recruitment staff for Careers applications;
- communication, hosting, access-control, private file-storage, security, and approved business-system providers supporting our operations, including the Sites deployment and Cloudflare infrastructure, Zoho CRM and, after optional consent, Zoho SalesIQ and form analytics;
- property owners, landlords, developers, brokers, agents, banks, mortgage advisers, legal advisers, valuers, or other transaction participants when necessary for the service you request, at your direction, or with consent where required; and
- ADREC, the UAE Financial Intelligence Unit, regulators, courts, law-enforcement bodies, government authorities, or other recipients where disclosure is permitted or required by law.
A third party may act as our processor or as an independent controller, depending on its role. Independent controllers apply their own privacy notices and legal responsibilities. A submitted website enquiry is recorded directly in Zoho CRM and may then be handled by authorised Sea Sweet Home personnel for follow-up, service delivery, and compliance.
8. International transfers
Zoho, WhatsApp, website hosting, private recruitment and property-image storage, access-control, communication, or other approved providers may process information outside the UAE. Provider locations and service roles can change and may be described in their contracts and privacy notices. Sea Sweet Home's applicable Zoho account region and transfer safeguards should be confirmed through its current Zoho account and contract records.
Where the UAE Personal Data Protection Law applies, a cross-border transfer must use a mechanism permitted by Articles 22 and 23. This may include a destination with an approved adequate level of protection, an applicable agreement, a binding contract containing required protections, explicit transfer consent where lawful, or another necessity specifically permitted by law. You may contact us for information about relevant recipient categories and safeguards.
9. Cookies and tracking
Essential hosting, secure delivery, access protection, and the storage of your cookie preference may operate without optional consent. Zoho SalesIQ and Zoho web-form analytics load only after affirmative optional consent. Direct, user-initiated form submission to Zoho CRM remains available when optional tracking is rejected. Read our Cookie Policy to manage this choice.
10. Retention
Enquiry and communication information is kept while a request or client relationship is active and for a reasonable period afterwards where needed for follow-up, business records, dispute handling, or a legal obligation. Transaction records are retained according to the transaction, professional, regulatory, and legal requirements that apply. Marketing permission is retained while active; a limited opt-out record may be retained to prevent further marketing.
Careers applications and CVs are scheduled for retention review 180 days after submission and removed during the next monthly staff cleanup, unless a longer period is needed for an active recruitment process, legal obligation, dispute, or a separately agreed purpose. Candidates may request earlier deletion where applicable law permits.
Property submissions and their private images are kept while the submission is being reviewed or a requested property service remains active, and for a reasonable period afterwards where needed for follow-up, fraud prevention, dispute handling, business records, or a legal obligation. An owner may request deletion where applicable law permits; a public listing, if separately approved, has its own governed record and publication lifecycle.
AML/KYC records may need to be retained for not less than five years from the latest applicable statutory trigger, or longer where an authority, investigation, proceeding, or another obligation requires it. Read our AML / KYC Policy. When no lawful purpose remains, we will securely delete or irreversibly anonymise the information.
11. Security and personal-data breaches
We use reasonable, risk-based organisational and technical measures to limit access, protect confidentiality and integrity, and reduce unauthorised use, loss, alteration, or disclosure. No internet, communication, or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Careers CVs and property-submission images are kept in private storage without public file URLs. Access is limited through authenticated, non-cacheable routes: authorised recruitment staff may access relevant CVs, authorised property-review staff may access owner submissions, and a property owner may access only their own submission. Applicants and property owners should upload only information relevant to the stated purpose.
If a personal-data breach is suspected, it will be assessed and appropriate containment steps will be taken. Where applicable law requires it, the relevant authority and affected individuals will be notified. Notification timing will follow the governing requirements.
12. Your choices, rights, and complaints
Subject to applicable law, statutory conditions, and exceptions, you may have rights to:
- obtain information about personal data being processed;
- receive or request transfer of data in a machine-readable format where processing is automated and based on consent or contract;
- correct inaccurate data or complete incomplete data;
- request erasure where a lawful retention reason no longer applies;
- restrict certain processing;
- stop direct marketing, including related profiling;
- withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing; and
- object to qualifying automated decisions and request human review where applicable.
Send a request to info@seasweethome.com. We may need to verify your identity. A request may be limited where it conflicts with another person's rights, information security, mandatory retention, confidential AML reporting, an investigation, legal claims, or another permitted exception.
Where the UAE Personal Data Protection Law applies, you may also have the right to complain to the UAE Data Office. The Office is established under Federal Decree-Law No. 44 of 2021, and complaint procedures remain subject to the applicable regulatory process.
13. Automated decision-making and AI
The website does not make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects solely by automated means, score or rank visitors or job applicants by automated profiling, make automated hiring decisions, or use facial, voice, or other biometric recognition. Zoho SalesIQ may provide live or automated chat depending on Sea Sweet Home's active Zoho configuration; any chat information is handled under this Policy and the optional-cookie controls described above.
Before automated property matching, AI lead scoring, or other significant automation is introduced, we will assess and document the processing, purpose, data, safeguards, human-review route, and any required impact or Data Protection Officer assessment. This Policy and the relevant consent flow will be updated where required.
14. Children and information about others
This real estate enquiry service is directed to adults. A person under 18 should not submit personal information through the consultation or property-submission form unless a parent, guardian, or another legally authorised adult acts on their behalf.
Under Federal Decree-Law No. 26 of 2025 on Child Digital Safety, collection or processing of personal data of a child under 13 by a digital platform requires explicit, documented, and verifiable parental consent and the other legal protections. Sea Sweet Home does not seek such data through this form and does not use children's data for targeted advertising, behavioural tracking, or unrelated commercial use. If such information is identified without a lawful basis, Sea Sweet Home will take reasonable steps to restrict or delete it unless the legal processing conditions are met.
15. Third-party links, updates, and contact
This website uses or may link to Zoho, ADREC, UAE Government services, WhatsApp, or other external services. Their operators control their own processing where they act independently, and their privacy notices should be reviewed before use.
We may update this Policy when our services, technology, data use, or legal obligations change. The date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be highlighted or communicated where reasonably appropriate.
Questions may be sent to info@seasweethome.com, raised by telephone at +971 50 772 3396, or addressed to Rotana Mall Tower, Floor 14, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
